Malaysia properties will not effected by credit crisis? Or still havent see the effect yet?

Everything seems to be unstable..every sector is covered with fear..No investment look safe.. Plan to clear up all stocks in hand, before new PM. Hold cash and wait to strike again..Mayb gold is an option now?
