QUOTE(cherroy @ Jan 14 2008, 09:58 PM) Final is 7.49 + 0.4 but your forget another 1st interim of 0.75. oh i never buy REIT beforeTotal will be given out should be 7.49 + 0.4 TE + 0.75. Also net for final is (7.49 x 0.85) + 0.4 = 6.766 1st interim = 0.75 x 0.85 = 0.6375 So total net = 7.4 Reit is not subjected to normal income tax (27%) but on witholding tax. Witholding tax for local is 15%, foreigners 20%. therefore wasn't aware about the different tax surcharged so every 1000 shares of AXREIT entitled to receive RM 74.00 of dividends AXREIT closed at 1.81 today the dividends...consider high? |

QUOTE(cherroy @ Dec 10 2008, 10:08 PM) I Q'ing everyday now. 7 cents DPU willl come out in late Feb, by that time, if nothing wrong, it will draw some buying becuase of DPU. cherroy, what does "DPU" stand for?from what i read, you claimed that the recent price fall is due to fund owned desperately selling. if there's a 7 cents DPU coming in late Feb, why are they so eager to sell? they ain't interested in the 7 cents DPU? |
