Is the Private Placement of further 120,000,000 new shares representing 46.9% of existing shares going on plan? At what price they are selling?

times are bad, business no good, locations no fungsui, tenants wants a 50% rental review,
if not all tenants wants to move out. tenants happy,shareholders happy, win-win deal |

Attributable to sharp increase in property expenses of $1.572 million for 2Q compared to only $0.325 million for 1Q resulting in sharp drop in net property income as explained in the attached notes to accounts.

Too many people got away flipping properties since without paying taxes.
The best units are always taken before official launch. Developer prices of new units are always higher than secondary prices of old units. |
