Good to see that Atrium get back to 70 sens. hope it stand well and continue to march further.
on Feb 2009, it tried to cross 70 sens but failed. over the past 5 months, it was hovering between 63-66 sens. |

your enter twice, which is around 1.00 & 1.60 right. assuming your average is 1.40, you're getting approx 9-10% yeild. but for those who is entering now, they're getting lesser than that, but still higher than FD rate la!~ |

well maybe you wait till "Rambutan" on super cheap lelong, then baru consider to take profits on Axreits.
afterall Reits is more prudent and defensive in bear market, who knows ppl might change to buy Reits, in a way pushing up reits price, that time baru sell. win-win |
