Good to see that Atrium get back to 70 sens. hope it stand well and continue to march further.

on Feb 2009, it tried to cross 70 sens but failed.
over the past 5 months, it was hovering between 63-66 sens.

The Board of Directors of Axis REIT Managers Berhad, the management company of Axis Real Estate Investment Trust ("Axis-REIT") wishes to announce that it is targeting to release the Quarterly Report of Axis-REIT on Monday, 20 July 2009.

Q3 Dividend is coming again. no wonder price spike recently.

the reason why i choose Arreits

- enjoying instant DPU (hopefully there is, pending announcement)
- price is hovering at 0.72-0.74, room to go down is limited
- price appreciation would be a bonus for me

so i was hoping to ride a free bus before that.

your enter twice, which is around 1.00 & 1.60 right. assuming your average is 1.40, you're getting approx 9-10% yeild.

but for those who is entering now, they're getting lesser than that, but still higher than FD rate la!~

well maybe you wait till "Rambutan" on super cheap lelong, then baru consider to take profits on Axreits.

afterall Reits is more prudent and defensive in bear market, who knows ppl might change to buy Reits, in a way pushing up reits price, that time baru sell. win-win biggrin.gif
