most of the reits also in office assets, how about getting some other type e.g. shopping malls like hektar? can be consider also

you cannot expect one counter always gv great div and huge capital gain
overall reits can gv good div actually the price of reits can up alot and drop alot coz low vol just ppl dont wanna sell coz good div and they rather hold on it |

moorish, almost all the reits counter can gv at least 8% div .. you can see from the link i gv u just now
as you can see some even can gv more than 10% based on current price if you can get it cheaper or when it dips, than higher div yield you can get e.g. when axreit below 1.00, you can act get around 15% div WOW alot right BUT boat gone liao |

imho all those top yeild reit counter also not bad esp for long term investment ot for those targeted to have a solid div payout every year
muliku, you must understand how the yield was calculated as cherroy provided e.g. im very happy with my axreit which i bought which now can translate to high div yield as for now, for this neo can gv more opinion hehe btw i was also looking at hektar for quiet long but the price has been stabalized there for quiet a long time waiting for it to drop a bit .. but i dont think will happen anytime soon |

actually if include the div received i think already exceed / earned back my capital liao maybe just need some more for fees
ya jordy, there are still lots of buying opporunity out but nvm ma you still hv axreit rite GOOD |
