2. Yup. Plus some minor sum like brokerage fees, clearing fee, stamp duty, which would make a total of RM10,073 like that.

2. Correct. But you need to minus a 10% tax deduction (claimable). So you'll be getting RM253.80

Pana,

what is claimable? from my understanding, all tax are not claimable la..

Witholding tax is not claimable.

Only imputation tax (on ordinary dividend) is claimable.

Reit is under witholding tax.

Dear Cherroy,

I have never claimed a single cent on my taxes.
If i'm not mistaken, beginning this year 2009, all dividend tax is not claimable.

meaning, you pay the full 25% corporate tax.

Correct me if i'm wrong

I do thing a bit too optimistic for 2.2~2.4, anything DPU around 2 cents is good enough already.

My opinion only.

3.83 is the new EPU after the new private placement, ie. the profit is divided by the new total number of share

4.06 is the 2.x cents previous interim DPU + existing Q earning.

So there is some distortion due to private placement new share and previous interim DPU which given prior before the private placement.

Added on October 28, 2009, 11:54 pmI like the Axis reit financial report presentation, which stated every details about its every properties which is difficult to find on other reits.

- still Q-ing for my last purchase @1.92
-They will announce quarterly report tomorrow
- I expect them to pay 4.2 cent dividend (Q4)

QUOTE(cherroy @ Jan 21 2010, 12:28 AM)
If there is rental income from previous Nestle house, then result could be better.

Cannot achieve ideal situation, if the share issue extra 20%, and if the income increase 15%, then it is considered still ok, as once the size of portfolio become big, existing shareholders benefitted from more diversified properties portfolion within the reit. While if the new acquisition of properties has better valuation appreciation afterwards, it benefitted all only.

bad news, did not even hit 5 cent.. very the disappointing

good news, Amanah Raya, paying higher dividend.
