What is benefits of having Sdn Bhd when buy prop?

I am a long-term investor in my 20's. Can anyone shed some light on how having a Sendirian Berhad can help in long-term when comes to property investment as compared to sole proprietorship? pros and cons please

I have another client doing this.. what i can think of is.. pool money easier , can get many partners But loan susah because 60.% only
