ask for low tapper cut. its an old skool haircut, 50s quiff or elvis style pomp (long at front, medium where u can comb ur sides and back) and loads of products (i assume with pomade its going to look very similar to this). as long as u have a long hair u cant go wrong with the low tapper cut. better yet just bring the pics to ur barber and im sure they'll know what to do.

Did u ask ur regular barber if he/she can do this hairstyle?

when i went to regular barber and show this pic they usually go for slickback or fade which doesnt turn really nice huhu

I go to the Oven Cuttery near One Utama (https://theovencuttery.simplybook.me/v2/) and Sweeney Ted  in Jaya One (https://www.sweeneyted.com/). Both need to book in advance, and no matter which barber you get you won't go wrong. Budget is slightly higher though.
Joe's Barber(all branches) cannot book in advance AFAIK. They are generally good but depend on which barber you get.
I just went to Drop By barber for an emergency haircut. Shop is a little dirty but they are competent I guess and cheap.
Show them what you want they should be able to cook something up.
