one of my ipod's earphone, one side louder and one side the sound very soft. what should i do?

iPod still under warranty? If so, request for a new set of headphones.

Personally, maybe you would want to upgrade your headphones since that the original iPod headphones are really bad in terms of sound quality.

That is not possible. You will most likely get a new set of similar white iPod headphones.


Added on June 28, 2007, 12:25 pmOne more thing, have you tried your iPod headphones on other devices? Is the the same problem?

What about other headphone on your iPod?

Just to make sure if it's the headphones giving problems.

Get them to compensate in money. (Try, i don't knwo whether can or not)
Then buy a better 1.

i dont think there is business which will give back u money .
worst case , they will give you rebate only . u buy another same brand thing at rebate price .

sorry guys, Apple warranty doesn't work like that, you can't exchange parts for something else.

mainly cos you paid for the earphones as part of the package, we as resellers aren't allowed to keep them smile.gif

Have you actually tried your iPod with any other earphone first? Just to make sure it is your earphone that is defective and not your iPod??

Then again, maybe it would be better if it is your iPod that is defective, you could get a whole new set brows.gif
