iPod still under warranty? If so, request for a new set of headphones.
Personally, maybe you would want to upgrade your headphones since that the original iPod headphones are really bad in terms of sound quality. |

That is not possible. You will most likely get a new set of similar white iPod headphones.

sorry guys, Apple warranty doesn't work like that, you can't exchange parts for something else.
mainly cos you paid for the earphones as part of the package, we as resellers aren't allowed to keep them |

Have you actually tried your iPod with any other earphone first? Just to make sure it is your earphone that is defective and not your iPod??
