What is the true amount need to be paid?

Go for tribunal to claim up to Max RM50k..

1.Go to KPKT (Kementerian Perumahan Dan Kerajaan Tempatan)

2. Submit the forms and you will be given back 3 copies:
(A) one copy you keep for urself
(b) second copy pls pass to developer (by hand or courier). If by hand MUST get their acknowledgement chop of receiving, if by post please keep the slip. You will be asked to produce these when attending hearing.
© Pass to you Bank for those who got Loan from Bank.

3. Attend the hearing on that day. Hearing date will be set immediately when u submit the forms.

After win, the judge will get assistant to issue Letter of Award ( few hours for preparation ), quite similar to the Court order already. Good Luck.

Less than 50k, no need find lawyer. Just go kpkt. Since you sign on 2017. Maybe not much amount right
