Appreciate penang people can comment on this area. The house price is quite low compare to Taman Naluri Ria so i'm quite curious if there is any bad points that can negatively impact property valuation in the long run.

huge power lines, access to the place is limited, need to go through lots of traffic. The houses there were cheaper when it was built to begin, thus the valuatuon.

termite issue which you will need pest control company to address
quite convenient if want to go island, kulim or Sunway.
Soon Sunway hospital is near
