 Three scam sms spam in a day, Please stop spam and refund

I just port in hotlink flex last few weeks, and suddenly received 3 scam sms in the same day.
Please stop all these spam, refund my money and stop scamming your user. Maxis you are really pissing off your user.

I'm facing same problem today. I ask Maxis in twitter and they tell me to call back the company to ask for the problem of subscription. I just wonder how my subscription is done when I'm sleeping.

Dear Hotlink and maxis

I just had RM4 deducted from my Hotlink account and received the following sms.

I certainly did not subscribe to any of the these stupid apps which required me to key in my Hotlink number and I only use Hotlink for data / 4g services only.

I have subscribed to various international6 sites but I have always used my email address only and never used my Hotlink number.

I have lodged an online complaint immediately and If I don't get my refund you can rest assured that I will terminate my Hotlink account.

Seriously there has been so many complaints against maxis and Hotlink about these so called companies ripping off your customer but yet it happens again and again.

You need to give a call to maxis and ask their CS to waive it for you. ranting.gif

normally this done by maxis internal people, they sold all your personal data to someone and earn $$$
