Hi guys need hep!

I've been working in Comp A for about 6 months ( probation period ).
No news on my confirmation status.
I have 3 situations here.

A : What should i do if the HR did not talk about my confirmation at all? Is it appropriate to clarify this with my boos? Or just wait?

B : What should i do if they confirms me but, without any increment?

c : What if they extends my confirmation to another 6 months?

Opinion needed. icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

A. According to law, if no confirmation from company, considered confirmed.
B. Is there any black and white on your offer letter indicating increment upon confirmation? if not written, then it is normal not to get increment.
C. They have the right to extend your probation by 3 or 6 months, but proper reason should be given, and proper improvement plan should be provided to you.

I hope this helps. cheers and good luck

2. Was it stated in contract or verbal agreement that you get increment after confirmation?

3. Well, better to have a job than no job

1. Email boss and HR. Be upfront and professional.

2. Unless your contract says so, there is normally no increment after probation.

3. If extend, ask them why and ask how u can do your job better.
