Are there any child infected by flu and cough even after taking pneumococcal vaccine?

I thought this shot is taken when baby is 4 months old?

For how long can this shot last? Thanks

you will have to take 4 shots (2 months, 4 months, 6 months and 12 months). better to start early, don't take chance.

the vaccine won't make your child immune against the bacteria, but will greatly reduce the severity of the symptoms.

This. I chooses the better brand. RM320/shot , total need 4 shots. Rotavirus is RM 120 taken orally, need 3 times.

Pneumococcal should be from Pfizer (4 shots from month 2 onwards), and Rotavirus - Rotateq from Merck (3 shots) or Rotarix from GSK (2 shots).

Starting next year pneumococcal vaccine is available at government clinics for free. You just need to spend some time to keep the pink/blue book appointments. Visit the designated Gov clinic for your area
