The affected CPUs are the C2D E4000/E6000, C2 Quad Q6600, C2 Xtreme QX6800, QX6700, and QX6800, mobile C2D T5000/T7000, and for server parts, the Xeon 3000, 3200, 5100, and 5300.

It's about time INTEL issue a patch. I guess everyone will need to patch the BIOS to fix it? Is that true?
