Hai all,
lately in 2013 i injured my knee and its swollen few days. That time i didn't have any idea of ACL or meniscus injury, after visiting traditional Chinese medicine and all sort of own treatment went to physiotherapy near KL Sental. There, they suck out my fluid and teach some exercise for knee. After some time , i can walk normally but the pain was there, almost one year gone i went to play football, while playing i realized my knee don't have the usual stability and shaking, at august 2014 i met an orthopedic at colombia asia seremban and done arthroscopy, then only doctor told that my ACL torn left 35%, and meniscus injured too,( removed the torn part). after that doctor recommend some exercise and ask no need to do reconstruction as i still can do daily activities with out problem. Years passed, as i sill can do my daily activities, as i also active in sports, going gym, and running. sometimes, i felt the pain in knee and also the difference in stability, but overall okay. but recently 2 days back, i jumped and when land i almost loose stability, maybe my landing position is wrong, but i always perform some high jump exercise for my leg day it was okay before this happened. now i still can walk but not as normal, the pain near meniscus is there and also i can't bent my knee fully as before, this time i can feel the pain is from meniscus area.

lately when i done arthroscopy, i thought want to do reconstruction once start work after finish study, but since i can do daily activities i forget about it, should i do reconstruction? but my medical card won't cover sad.gif as one time my payment lapsed and when reinstated they gave exclusion to cover my knee,
Should i wait few days and see whether i can back to normal first? and also any ways to reconstruct will lesser fees since wont have coverage?

Please gave opinion as i sure a lot of people would face these situation as mine, really appreciate all your opinion and experience,
thanks in advance,

Have you consulted the doctor and get a new MRI screening done on your knee yet?
