TenX cardholder here, I have been using the card here in Malaysia since March 2019.

Please be aware that there's a fixed fee of US$3.25 per ATM withdrawal, and also the bank that owns the ATM will charge additional fees.
I tried withdraw cash once from a CIMB bank ATM, the transaction fee was RM13.26.

Yes, it supports BTC, ETH and LTC. Can be used mostly anywhere (ATM included) as long as VISA is accepted.

Downside is that you don't get to control the private keys for the crypto wallets.

And also can people bank transfer to my TenX card? Like using Maybank transfer RM100 into this TenX card. Or only crypto to TenX?

And does it charge USD3.25 for using the card to purchase item(swipe) in physical shop?

Withdrawal/Payment all follows the one same rate as provided by TenX.

At this point of writing, TenX's BTC/MYR rate is MYR 43,077 while it's USD 10653 on Coinmarketcap.
