I think Jayacom not doing well. The digital Mall branch has not replenished stocks for more than 4 months. Also reflected in their online pricelist that was not updated anymore since April. All the staff in Jayacom Digital Mall are no longer there. Dunno if it is the same in Low Yat.

The signboard is still Jayacom though. But only will know if ask whats going on with them.

I think the boss has sold the business to some other company. The main branch in Lowyat Plaza also closed. They are quite reliable and reputable in this line. Such a waste to see them go.

Wow.. used to loved buying stuff from their shop in Lowyat. Reasonable price and sales person tak sombong like other stores see me wear selipar thinking miskin already.

wadehel, why cant they update the items count details. so hard work meh?
stupiak la people paying already last last kena cancel because no stock, refunds take time and some online seller prefer refund with credit store.

so now where is the safest place to buy? If i buy from small shop also scared they closed down. Shop like jayacom also become like that already. Online is impossible since it is kinda dangerous.

I understand your predicament. But technology has taken over. Consumers will come view and try your products, and then search online for the best deals. Some dont even bother coming over, prefer to view online reviews and purchase online. This is really bad for retail business. Retail business owners have a lot of overhead like expensive rentals, staff wages, license fees etc etc.
Some brands especially reputable brands want dealers to open retail stores through franchise or consignment contracts, have grand showrooms etc. That is why you see lesser and lesser retail stores. It is just not viable to open one, unless you have super deep pockets so that you have negotiation powers with the distributor/ supplier.

Times are changing, business owners either follow the flow or get left behind. Simple as that.

I heard the Botak boss sold the whole business to a foreign investor. Not sure of the authencity of this news though.

their price always very consistent n updated wan, other shops like sri comp or czone is shit, some parts cn b cheap but most parts expensive like fark
