My 10years old psu Silverstone Element Series 750w 80+Bronze fan is dying. Planning to buy a new 650w psu.

I couldn't made up my mind which 1 to choose. My budget below rm500.

1) Silverstone ST65F-GS 650W 80 PLUS Gold
2) FSP HYDRO GE Series 650W 80+ Gold
3) Super Flower Leadex ii 650W 80+ Gold
4) Cooler Master V650 Gold
5) EVGA SuperNOVA 650W G+

I'd go with EVGA SuperNOVA G+ or Corsair RM650X for RM480: https://shopee.com.my/CORSAIR-RMx-Series-RM...7888.1839080236

Personally using the Corsair one and super satisfy with it. Runs very cool & quiet under load.

Corsair TX650M stomps all of them. Go for that instead.

Full modular on cheaper ones does not give you more stability and cleaner power though.

Go for Super Flower Leadex II Gold 650W if you really want to go there. Its the most stable of the bunch.

Seasonic Focus Plus 650W is better if you wanna pay for it.

I believe it has issues on some GPUs though:

Personally I'd go with the Super Flower - the EVGA SuperNova G3 is based on this Super Flower unit icon_idea.gif

Then the Leadex II Gold is the best option - even though performance certainly won't beat the Corsair, but it is a very, very good unit (I'd probably put it on par with Seasonic out there) icon_idea.gif

Second tier caps on modular board cuts points.

Correct - although it's fair to say that it is still a very good unit icon_idea.gif

Although I still have doubts on the OEM (Great Wall) sweat.gif

Still deciding to go for either corsair rm650x, seasonic focus plus 650w , FSP Hydro ptm 650w or super flower 650w.
10yr back my silverstone element 750w 80+bronze price rm550 and nowsday with rm500-600 can get a 80gold 650w mega_shok.gif For me psu is not about performance who beat who but quality of the psu. I know nowsday alot psu warranty is 10yrs it make me curious did the RMA psu also increase?

Grab either the Corsair or the Super Flower - both PSUs are considered one of the best mainstream units you can buy icon_idea.gif
