If specifically to this project, no flood sighted in the past 2 years since showhouse started and during the last December raining days. Can see from the showhouse if any water entering the site from the lake, but didnt see or hear anything

At the moment, available unit is 2 units of 2.5 storey semiD with biggest land. Very worth it since this is individual freehold title -can extend into super huge house and dont need to worry of high maintenance fee like strata units with big lands.
