I would like know to if ist normal for developers to give new house unit without fan n lights?

Recently went a show house. N then saw the actual unit. When i ask abt the fan if will be included? He said no. Even light.

So im so curious to know abt this.

Nope, not necessary. Of course the show room looks like a 5 star hotel but in most cases you get a bare unit with wires poking out everywhere.
