why is Pentamount considered at the border? Though it is at Jln Kiara 5 which is still part of MK.

Any comments on Astrea? Is the premium worth paying for UEM Sunrise property? Concern is future development towards the north in the future.

I am looking for new developments and am more concerned on getting the right layout (prefer around 1800 with bigger living and master space and not too many other rooms). I like Pavilion Hilltop layout too but it appears that the selling price is still quite high. There is also the WCT development coming soon next to it
