I'm interested with this condo, thinking to get 1 for own stay.

I've been monitoring the traffic (via google map) from Atmosfera to my working place for sometimes, it is still acceptable knowingly the only access road is busy during peak hour.

Any Atmosfera owner here? can share some info or pros/cons? Like landslide? maintenance fee? Security? Thanks:)
