QUOTE(bigriverian @ Aug 13 2008, 08:35 AM) guys, I at same stage "2e" with you also. I think i received the letter on june. Same as you wonder why the 2D stage is not progress. Thanks for clarify. Seem like the whole progress is good!! Hopefully we can get the keys earlier. on 8-8-08 received progress letter for 2e stage (Phase II) on monday went to bank they already release to developer 55% with interest to bank nearly RM400 so yesterday went to bank again issued an official letter informing by next month start pay installment. Added on August 13, 2008, 8:38 am forgot to inform Can start pay installment already? What bank you take your loan? I take OCBC and read thru the loan agreement they don't let us pay any amount of installment before the full amount is issue. Correct me if im wrong. |

QUOTE(susakthy @ Aug 14 2008, 11:12 AM) I think can lah, we need to tell ocbc that we want to start paying the full monthly installment. I took from OCBC, my agent told me. There are bank has this kind of term which you can pay installement amount even the properties not yet finish build . But i think the loan i take from OCBC can't.. anyway will check with the bank. Please let me know if you has any info from ocbc bank. |

Long time no posts.
Good point alan...!! We buy amansiara is because of their greenary and others reason maybe for design or location. Everybody has their reason to buy this house!! If you can't accept the thing they state at SnP or show room then don't buy it. Every develope project sure has some problem.. Is any one here expect 100%%% statifactory?? We also facing the same problem for this project. Like the bridge connect to KL, the garden is not as mention by salesman, cheappp fencing on phase 1... and etc. I reserve my opinion for this developer until i get my keys and get in the house to has a look myself. Hey any one got new photo to share?? |

Hi,
Thanks for the picture. From what i saw from the photo. Has anyone wonder why only few feet around the guard house got wall for "defence" others area is seem like open... i thought we are 24 hours CCTV guarded community which claim in bouchor. Now it seem like some one who has GOOD climbing skill can easily climb in to our house from side or behind the mountain without the guard notice... or even our MONKEY brother will easily can come in and share some of our banana. They should at least build some metal or bricks wall all around the whole area, then they at least can install some CCTV all around the wall. After this only i think should call it "24hours CCTV guarded community". |

QUOTE(bluesky_king @ Feb 19 2009, 12:37 PM) if we don't pay can't start renovate , else we all group together and go to discuss with their management for this issue What is the devoloper guide lines or terms and condition for renovation?Any one can who get the keys please advice... Here is my example...If i just install window grills, some wooden cabinet to be fix/nail/glu in living room... do we still need to pay the RM 3K deposit?? (i am very sure all this work will not effect our enviroment rite) If yes this is too much. I don't even bother to pay them or inform the devoloper.. just ask the grill installer come and fix it and go. |
