Fyi, l bought phase 1 unit. last month, i had to fork out RM390 for the water n electricity registration. so i went to all the way to leadmont office to settle the fee and sign the form. i was quite stunned when informed about the progress was only 20%! just curious, is this a normal procedure coz it doesnt make any sense.

i personally went to check out the townhouses in taman bukit emas last 2 weeks and it was indeed an unpleasant discovery.

btw, pls allow other readers the benefit of doubt coz they didnt experience any of those horrors.
