To all dear Aman Siara's owners, I just brought the aman siara's house last 2 weeks, phase II. Actually i plan to buy last year, but than all the Level1 had SOLD OUT. I prefer Level1. I am staying at Bandar Baru Selayang currently and for me Aman Siara's is very near to my house, that's why i choose there. During March 08, the agent rang me up and said there are only 3 houses left at Phase II. She told me all Phase III already sold out, the 2 houses of Level1 were remained because some of the buyers can't get approval for bank loan and being forced to give up. The other 1 remained because of the high tension tower is quite near from the house. I don't know whether is true or not...(But for sure the high tension tower is true) Finally i still brought the house for the last row  So, everybody..hopefully can make frens with u guys. I bought phase II, level 1 and I am paying full amount of installment start from this month too.
