Hi Amansiara owners,
I have bought a unit near the Club House. I think it falls under the Phase I category even though the developer calls it as the Phase III project. It is my first house, so I am a bit lost as to the process involved in buying a house.
I would really appreciate if you guys could walk through the process. Maybe on the charges or upcoming expenses that I might look forward from the developers.

Hi guys.. Could someone explain to me how the transfer from Master Title to Individual Title works? How much would this cost us? I was told by the developer that if the bank and the developer uses different lawyer for the Bank Loan Agreement and S & P agreement, then we need to pay both the lawyers when we do the transfer. Does it work like that? Please advice. Thank you. mog11

I'm very anxious as I feel like its a very long wait. ;o) Hey Su, Could you advice me on the EPF withdrawal process. The documentations and the time taken by EPF depart to disburse the money.
