well, most of the ppl when they hv bought something sure they will think that they r the smart buyer, nvm, i already said i m not to here to bad mouth the developer or their project but to share my experience, since alan u hv ur point i think i will not continue my story of how i fought with the developer until to the tribunal court and how much time i spent and how i regreted to hv bought their property. i admit nobody will hv 100% satisfactory to their new hse, sure there is some minor defects here & there need to be rectififed, it depends on how the developer react and whether they r responsible or not.

for an example, 1st of the defects is leaking, everyhouse in the project is leaking, 2nd- bath room issue, the developer just want to fulfill the requirement of the authority 1 bath 1 water tank, so they installed, but they built the hse just to the min height of the requirement of the authority, so when they placed the water tank on top of the bath room, it is too low to give the water pressure to flow,  so the water of ur bath room will be like dog"pee" that low, imagine, how r u going to take bath with the flow of water, dog pee also bigger than it, more the water tank just stick to the ceiling, not even 1cm of extra buffer, so if u want to do any maintenance of the water tank, wat u need to do is to physically remove it down of cut a hole from the side of the tank.....much more to say...well anyway i m not going to elaborate more here..

well, i can tell u mine is until today the defects is not done and i hv brought this to tribunal to settle, do u know how much time consuming?

Good luck everybody, do not feel cheated and heart broken when u find out the truth urself, just be prepared for a long battle, soon u all will face it and suffer as me....i m not happy or as chinese said 'xin zai le huo' i m sad and pity all of u inclusive myself as a victim of this irresponsible developer.

alan, if u happen to meet up with a guy there call tj wong, try to ask him what position is he in the company, sure he will tell u he is merely a worker or project manager or clerk of work, but the truth is he is the boss of the company, see if a boss dare not admit that he is a boss, what can u expect the co will be?
