Hi guys, pls give a thought about "authorities" that v shld meet in order to attend to our problem. (eg. MPS, Wirama, S&P lawyer, Loan lawyer,etc....) From this ppl, at least we know who shld v go for against their respective duties.
Would also appreciate comments from those who have rcvd their keys and have meet with those authorities abt their complain to share with us on any comments or feedback from those ppl. Added on February 28, 2009, 10:45 amanyone knew abt online legal forum "Lawyerment". It seems that forum provides online legal advice. Basically, before we make any claims pls check whether materials used are being stipulated in the s&p or not. If not mentioned meaning materials used are subject to change, then leadmont is safe otherwise we will be entitle to claim for compensation.
For those who have yet to receive letter regarding hand over of property, please check thru all clauses stated in the s& p before signing. |

My unit is on 2nd floor phase 1 but i have yet to receive their letter for vp.Can someone share about the staircase to 2nd floor, i heard its quite terrible too.
