yeh.babe can tell us more above the inner info u know ???

i know not long later phase 1 will be handed over, truth will reveal, time will tell.... alan, i wonder which phase and which floor u bought..if u tell me, i will tell u what will be the defects that u r expecting...to be frank, i hv a fren who work for one of the sub- contractor of the project, i know lots of inner info.

Added on November 13, 2008, 11:12 pmmago, the developer cant do anything, u only hv 2 option to rectify this water tank problem:-

1. to place a pump in ur water tank but it is costly
2. ignore the tank, divert ur water pipe to direct main from meter

option 1 developer did not do for me cost it is costly, so they did option 2, meaning now i m not using the tank, water from my hse is fr direct main, that is d solution i get. i even removed the tank myself since it is useless, with my own cost...sigh

Added on November 13, 2008, 11:21 pmby the way, the water tank in my hse is only on top of the bath room, u can see it with only 2 iron bar support the water tank, like construction site, so ugly, i heard amansiara at least has ceiling to cover up the tank, but in tmn bkt emas, no ceiling to cover, u can physically see the tank on top of ur head, tat is y i removed it...due to 2 reasons:-

1. it is dangerous, coz only supported by 2 iron bar, what if they collapse?

2. so ugly, dont u think so?

u know how much i spent to buy this hse...rm119k...of coz cheaper then u guys a lot, but i dont think i deserve this kind of hse, it is not low cost, even low cost is better than this.

that is a lot more defects and unfair thing happened in tmn bkt emas, almost all the house has problem, not only townhouse, double storey, semi D, low cost flat... all total of houses approx 380 units

last 2 week i went to site pretending hv to met  somebody up there,but the guard wont allowed.meanwhile "wait someone" i borak2 with the guard.he said that was a clubhouse and the swimming pool is at 2nd floor..wa!!! sounds like pusat akuatik negara???n flyover also will be build cos a few days b4,there a  peple from jkr went to check the area to propose flyover..n last thing he said phase 1 handover will late for 1 month..end of january..

the office always tell you hand over " BT END of DECEMBER" i oso called b4(on June2008) , the answer also same ......  
hope  can hand over on END OF DECEMBER tooo...

its true..sometimes (some) developers not follow spec,standard or works required.

sewege hole apply on ground only...tak pernah lagi jumpa org buat sewege terapung...hehhe
so..kalau diorang buat dibelakang...back yard level 1 akan digunakan utk letak sewege hole.so satu sewege hole utk 4 tingkat.
kalau sewege hole kat depan...maknanya mainhole cover yg kita tgk dalam gambar tu utk sewege ler..

Projek main road depan amansiara tu hanya projek upgrade jalan.under PANZEMA sdn bhd. ni projek design & build.
Skop projek PANZEMA upgrade jalan sampai ke rawang je..tak taula kalau bina flyover tu termasuk dalam skop kerja diorang.

Biasanya utk access road ke taman perumahan..pihak developer yg kena sediakan..sama ada diorang akan buat permohonan kepada jkr atau mungkin wirama kawtim ngan panzema utk masukkan kerja bina flyover dalam skop kerja sediaada panzema tu.

Hi All, just wondering where you would install the water tank then if you were to remove it from the toilet (to enjoy the benefit of 10' high toilet).
I too am disappointed too!

kelvin did u know that what is the inside ceiling top ?  it is to hiking pipe purposes ? did u asked that fellow during inspection ur house ?
