I believe every should know the advantages.
These are my fool opinions for disadvantages: 1) The high tensions are too close to residential area, especially the last from row of phase II & phase III! I believe the distances are not away from 100m! Also, it will affect the property value of this row. 2) The fly-over will not build up. As you goto the site to view, there are not any progres to build the flyover. I think there is no way to build the fly over. As seen, the main road is too narrow to opposite (Selayang Height). At the same time, other road mantainence works are progressing at opposite, which not related to the fly-over. 3) The enterance area was not gated properly, I think the guard house cannot take care for far unit. Anyone can enter with car, bike, motorbike, walking or climbing from behind the BKT Lagong, these by pass the guard house and enter to the housing area. 4) Refer to the level 2 & 4 pictures, the interior built-up really looks like a low-cost house. Of course, if you view from outside, I am still appreciated the external design. But, we stay inside, right? 5) How come the water fall become a small pond at finally? The sell people told me there will redirect a water fall from Bukit Lagong :-( 6) I fell the roads are a bit narrow. Just imagine, each house has 2 - 3 cars which do not want to park to their car poach... 7) For the club house, as refer to the built-up of the housing, I estimate the external design may look good. But the facilities insides.... 8) ...... etc ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I think the point 1-2-3 are the biggest issues to the entire projects. It affected to all peoples who live in the area. Just praying hard to wish all the disadvantages will be reduce to the lowest. If you found too many dissappointed, you may think to sell out your property to someone who like this environement.
