Recently i received a letter from the project manager of wirama s/b offer me a optional electical package, which will add additional light point, air cons point etc. which cost RM1800+. just wondering whether worth to take it. coz i afraid if i do it after the completion of the house by my own, all the wire will exposed then might look ugly.

i purchased a unit at phase III, they provide an itemised price list and a floor plan showing the location of existing n additional items, some of the item i feel like not necessary. dun no whether can ask them to change location or take out some item or not?

huh... finally i settled the whole thing yesterday, from apply for loan, sign LO, sign S&P, apply EPF, sign loan agreement, pay the 10% using EPF... it took me 3 months to finish the whole process somemore i waited 6 weeks only get the money from kwsp.. faint.....

Hi agnes, did OCBC keep your original S&P or not? cause the lawyer ask me to give them the original S&P... first time buy house. hehe...

I've paid the other 10% for piling and foundation mid december and received a statement from bank request interest around rm60 few days ago...

Closing of the show unit is a good sign rite? meaning amansiara getting overwhelming response, all units are sold... coz i know some project after finished still a lot of units left..
