hi all, esp allanyuppie,

when i look at your `progress report', it looks like the construction for phase 2 started from topmost level. mine is at 2nd row from front. now the developer only claim 10% from me (foundation stage).

does anybody have any idea why the cons stage for the front row are quite slow / no progress at all?
i'm quite worried when i read that some of u guys have already paid up to 65% of progress payment.
