I am not so happy when i go to the construction site and saw those elec. high tention suround our properties..and some people said this will got side effect to us leh....
any suggestion or advise €??

it look like ..yeh babe share alots of bad construction on our home..
bad to hear that..coz i am level4.. scare the leaking issue lah...
any way to prevent ah?

all i hope is the project can 100% completed !!

without the flyover is really problem to us...

all we need is a ez access road to our home...
i get angry also...
first build high tension cable near our home.. WTF...
Sales person said got flyover.. now said tak ada??? WTF..
MONEY and sales the project out without take care buyer meh???
is not logic need to go so far to make a u turn... if like that i better buy house in rawang 210k to get landed properties..

yes... from the road they build... i can't see any place can build flyover bridge...

estimated what is the selling price per unit now ah???got increASE AH??

hello guys... yesterday just saw some news regarding the intrest rate for house loan.. now the rate very attractive.
example:
2.38% 1st year, BLR -2.20% thereafter..\

coz. previously my was just \BLR - 1.20 something only..
did u guys plan for refinance??? is that can be done that if our project still under const ??
