Yes I heard from my agent that they suppose to build an underpass but due to some part of the area was occupied by other project so they have to change the idea to build the fly-over.

But still not sure how true is this... Hope not just some sweet talk to bait us to buy the unit there.

It is very sad to see the ugly ceiling of L1 & L3 caused by L-shaped stairs for L2 and L4. I agreed many would have not buy the unit if we see that in the show unit.

I don't understand why they not just build a straight stairs instead need to build the L-shaped stairs???

I think i read from somewhere even verbal promises is official agreement. Maybe we can take legal action if it was not being delivered.

From the way they build the entrance and exit road to Aman Siara doesn't seems to have high hope they will build flyover.

1. Does anyone have a actual measurement of the toilet height. My bro is 6 feet +. And can't imagine someone that need to bath their baby. How to fit in the toilet?

2. I've heard only those who do not use panel contractor need to pay the deposit for renovation. If you are using panel contractor for renovation, we need not worry about the RM 3k deposit. How true is this?
