all lights will be hot due to energy transfer. consider the angle of the reflector, lumens and wattage when u are buying track light for optimal output for the purposes of your space.

Any type of track light will work on concrete ceiling. It is definitely feasible and easy to do

track ligting wont have the issue of uneven light distribution?

The centre wires has hooks for fan. You'll need to remove those, and rely on aircon only. Watch the electricity bill.

general contractor gonna reposition the fan hooks and lighting points, i will elongate the rails and fit 2 fans inside the rectangle

Parking. Also thinking of getting track light + LED down light for living room as second option instead of plaster ceiling. Looking good guys.

My bedroom do have plaster ceiling so I just install those LED downlight suit for plaster ceiling, nothing fancy

I use 7W track light . Pls take note that it is not advisable to put too many lights on the same track especially if they are high wattage one. Most selling in Lazada or Shopee are low quality, especially the track. Make sure you get a better quality one with full copper wire.

Most local shops sells this brand called Rio but I find it not as good as this other Taiwan brand. I forgot the name but I bought it from lightcraft (which is now Deng Lighting) at Jalan Sungai Besi.

Tracks are solid and heavy. The lights itself is good but only one choice at that time I bought it. I have like 7-8 lights on one track. Being using for four years now

the rail got maximum watt it can support, you need to check with the seller on this

if you plan to renovate in future then it will cost a lot and you wont be able to stay in your house for few days for the plaster dust to settle

i think you can also install the rail closer to walls and what you gonna do with the extra wiring point?

for LED lightning, if you want to put more tracklights then go for low wattage and low lumen lights, if you plan to put less tracklights or LED spotlights, go for high watt high lumen

you can also get those tracklights with adjustable color temperature, brightness, zoom from china
