Want to ask is it possible? My income 5k every month commitment akpk 850. Already 7 yrs. good payment record. Any suggestion guys? Thks in advance

I saw af FB there is somebody approve his/her loan while under AKPK. I believe it’s not impossible nowadays

But i saw others approved their loan. Why not im should try😅

Maybe there's a loophole? Would advise you to consult mortgage banker directly

In that case, try contacting any bank/property agent to ask them help check whether you can buy now or not. No harm trying

Since your payment in AKPK is good,firstly you need to visit AKPK to withdraw the tagging of AKPK in CCRIS. Once the status of AKPK was removed, you can try to apply house loan.
