Q which one should i focus on?
A SSD

Q how much should i expect for current price range?
A depends on size/capacity

Q including service charge?
A should be free. learn how to do it yourself if there's fee.

You should really be focused on both of that you describe, RAM can be added at least 2GB in your case fastest possible case anyway. Please do go for them any time here. About how to do it you can really take a look in youtube and that's it.

If you want a generally faster experience, I suggest upgrade to SSD. The performance difference is noticeable.

Go with SSD first then only ram at a later stage if you find yourself running out of memory. RM150-RM200 can get a good 250GB performance SSD. Service charge? Likely they will charge.
