Visited before renovation & after renovation. Different design than usual home. Living @ 1st floor instead of ground floor. Go to showroom to experience. =)

When they soft launch i was actually very keen. House design very nice. And price after rebates was within my budget. But after visiting the showroom, i feel for my family, its not practical. To throw kitchen rubbish must go downstairs and to go back in the house also take the stairs. Lol. Of course some will say the groundfloor can go in. But the kitchen n living room are at 1st floor. No escaping the stairs. Haha actually not only Mulia. Unless i can hire more than one helpers, dont think 3-sty hse is a good decision for long term. But thats just my opinion 😊

Hi, you should know this design inspire by Kampung House. If you are lazy or maybe you old enough to throw rubbish, you can put lift behind the stairs. There have space for lift.

If you have guest, you can discuss in living room without disturb your family.

I like this design. In ground floor you can make pantry also.

I think the data is not accurate. 250unit for phase 1a and 1b all sold out (snp sign) only left 1 unit in phase 1b loan rejected.

Phase 2a already open for booking, will launch tentative sept 2020.

KPKT don't really update immediately geh, sometimes also delay 6-9 months, most accurate is ask those who are working there haahahaa

Hi, this Mulia residences are progressing well. Phase 1 all sold out. Phase 2 is up for grab and people are keep on viewing and booking the unit as of now the list price of 1.168M is fully booked. Next available is 3xk different but better in term of location and unit view.

With private swimming pool, gym and clubhouse, this property should not be missed.

It should be starting around RM280 for intermediate units. Which other developments are you looking at? We are also looking in Cyber and Mulia seems to be the nicest (most unique concept)

Symphony Hills seems to be interesting as well. There are even some developer units left for sale there. But its an older development. Have you checked it out?

Yes bro..that was the first place we say....Apparently the units are going for a wayyy cheaper price...the agent told us the initial pricing were from 1.3m-1.5m but now its going for 1m for developer unsold unit....and nice house numbers too! It really sounded like a bargain until we found out the maintenance fee per month is nearly RM600! So we decided to skip that la .

Also got comments from other agents that there are bursting pipe issues there but i didn't ask further la since memang not deciding to get that area

hopefully they will hve some large trees in between...so at least u cant see it la....also, there will be a walkway in between so i guess not so near also la kot..

Got my loan approved and SNP signed a few days back. According to Lawyer, can quality for HOC.

Chose Mulia end of the day because of the unique concept and ample parking. Besides, Mulia is on much higher ground as compared to Sejati Lakeside.

Sejati is below road level and beside lake, given the recent floods, I can sleep better at night choosing Mulia.

done inspected few unit of houses here, main issues is water ponding at bathroom and balcony..water seepage near windows pun ada..owners pls take note this few spots when VP

there is another newly completed 3-storey link house just about 5 minutes from there. this Mulia is a little impractical to me. Or maybe i'm just old fashion because i really can't accept the kitchen on 1st floor.
