i think its good to have whatsapp group. so that we can start discussing as i believe phase 1 B will be completed in march 2022.

Hi, this Mulia residences are progressing well. Phase 1 all sold out. Phase 2 is up for grab and people are keep on viewing and booking the unit as of now the list price of 1.168M is fully booked. Next available is 3xk different but better in term of location and unit view.

With private swimming pool, gym and clubhouse, this property should not be missed.

If you all keen with this property, there is still possibility of release unit due to loan rejection below RM1M. Yes you heard it right, below RM1M nett. But you have to que, once open can grab. "Patience Is a Virtue That Can Lead to Great Rewards". Currently, the latest promotion by the develper is RM1K booking fee refundable only during MCO. Kindly DM/PM me for further detail.

It should be starting around RM280 for intermediate units. Which other developments are you looking at? We are also looking in Cyber and Mulia seems to be the nicest (most unique concept) thumbup.gif
