Thanks for your suggestions everyone, the idle dip/ stalling has been fixed.
After replacing the vdo throttle body
Map sensor
O2 sensor
Surge tank sensor
Coolant temp sensor
Pcv valve
Fuel pressure regulator
Valve adjustment
NGK plugs and leads
As well as air/fuel filters, there was no change, so I tried a used ecu and bingo, fixed.

I was finally confident to have my wildcat 4-2-1 headers fitted with a 2ā€ exhaust and hi flow cat, and let me tell you, it runs and sounds sweeeeet!

Cannot stop driving it, Iā€™m smiling from ear to ear šŸ˜

Very glad I persisted in finding the solution, thanks everyone!

1st option, vdo ecu remap(can fully recalibrate to engine internal accordingly already) cheaper
or
2nd option, lots of standalone choices nowadays doesn't need piggyback anymore!

4g15 NA can push to 200hp, what specs engine was it...Interesting...
Normally 4g15 stroker internal campro crankshaft with high comp piston, high cam, pnp head and a proper tuning will get around 130 to 150hp only. This info is get from mechanic my place.

Don't believe everything you see in media bro.
If the pic is true, that mechanic has done a major breakthrough in automotive industries and the world's best engineers would be flying over to his workshop to interview and recruit him.

To put into perspective, one of the most powerful 1.6L NA engine is the 4AGE Formula Atlantic motor.
This engine only run minimum ron100 petrol and revs up to 11 000 RPM to achieve 250 hp, or 220 WHP.

....Btw the picture didn't even state its for 1.5L 4G15 NA...he just post a picture of 205hp without any details.. doh.gif
