We already started within the 1st week coming back from the hospital.

May not be the best example but imagine you're flipping roti canai like that xD

On a serious note, when baby's face is turned sideways, place the palm of your dominant arm on baby's face with your forearm aligned to baby's body. Use the other hand to gently flip baby's body, and your dominant arm follows in motion as you flip, palm supporting baby's face and neck, while your forearm the baby's body.
