A Datuk driver send his car to service center for normal service and was told it will take 1/2 a day. So the driver go jalan-jalan and come back 1/2 a day later. When the driver came back to collect the car, he was told someone else already collected the car. So, the driver panicked and call his boss. The boss immediately came and after investigation confirmed the car stolen from service center. Someone pretended to be the driver and drive the car away!

I heard this true story many many years ago. Happened at Mercedes service center in Klang Valley.

It really happened as the service center was negligent. They had to reimburse the Datuk with a new car.

Nope, the Company reimburse the Datuk because its their negligence.

If the Datuk claim insurance, he will lose his NCB.
