Its normal for Mercedes SA to follow up on the post sales services

Some Merc SA even offer to send their cars for schedule services everytime and if got any issue the SA will help chasing the service centre etc

Thats from my family experience of owning 3-4 Mercedes since 20 years ago

Thats what make the differences from owning 'normal' brand like VW

You think every buyer gets the same treatment? You probably bought using company and when the SA saw your company is more likely to purchase another Benz, of course they will do more to get closer to you to approach you in the future even without needing you to walk into their showroom.

Maybe im lucky then but if you search around FB for Mercedes SA most of them advertise personal post sales services

No need la... I'm saying based on experience as well. You may think it's only Mercedes SA who did this but we got Toyota SA who provided the same type of services before for the first 2 or so services. Once they deal with you, they will survey also if you are buying under company. If your company buy cars regularly for employees then they will use this opportunity to approach you for few more times to persuade for a new purchase to replace the aging fleet. Nothing new. However individuals buying personal car rarely get such services. At most they helped you to book, thats all.
