Don't bother switching it. Cracks in the tread itself are not hugely distressing in terms of tire failure but will result in less traction.
However, tyres with less worn tread must be fitted at the back, this is to maintain traction & stability especially during driving under wet conditions.
My advise is:
1. throw away the worn tyres in the front
2. bring your rear tyres to the front
3. Buy a pair of new tyres & fit them at the rear.
