Total plan is basically hotlink's answer to digi laugh.gif

Only good to call/sms your active5 numbers.

I'm thinking of getting one more line just to call two or three special ppl.

I mean, the total plan's rate is much better than the Plan 75 even!

oh btw, thankgoodness david started this thread. The previous one wasn't updated at all! TS went MIA sweat.gif
*
it's better than the postpaid plan?! what makes you say that my dear?! unsure.gif

QUOTE(Ah WanG @ Nov 10 2006, 09:40 AM)

*

Ignore it, if they send again, do report to CS and request to block it.

Faster way, send STOP to that number, but they will charge. So, just call CS with a local call charges per min and request to block it.
*
sending STOP is not the best way. ignorance is. maybe sending STOP might trigger more spam to your number if their system detects that the number is active.

Ohh really? But if I didn't send STOP or call CS, these sms still will come in but didn't charge. It is irritating... But IF those with charges 1, then will really pissed off...

then too bad, you meet a very persistent advertising company. sad.gif

QUOTE(mzaidi @ Feb 26 2007, 03:42 PM)
Anybody experienced crossed-line before? When I'm at my campus (MMU Cyberjaya), sometimes my outgoing calls is crossed to other unknown phone number (I dialed other number, but get connected to other unknown person's phone).

It happened few times before when I called my mom, but an unknown Indonesian guy answered the call. I tried again after few minutes, and I get connected to my mom's phone. I'm sure that I'm dialing the correct number because I'm dialing direct from my phone's phonebook, and I'm dialing the same number in both cases.

Just now, I tried to call my friend, but I get connected to another person's phone. He told me I got the wrong number. I tried so many times but I still get connected to that person's phone. It's embarrassing because it seems like I'm the one making mistake by dialing the wrong number when I'm 100% sure I got the correct number.

The problem only happens when I'm at my Cyberjaya, and not when I'm at my hometown. In both cases, the number I'm dialing is Maxis' numbers.

I lodged a report to Hotlink's customer service and they told me they'll investigate the problem.
*
are you sure your number is correct?! coz sometimes minor changes like 017-666 1010 you dial to 017-666 1011 it will dial to someone else de wor, in the case that you dial thru contact lah, when you lazy to scroll thru your list you key in, this type of error happened to me once and i nearly screw the fella up for insisting that i got the number right.

Yup, I'm sure because I'm dialing from the number saved in my phone's contact list and not dialing by entering the number manually. Usually when the line crossed, I try redialing the same number again and it usually connects to the correct number, but just now, it crossed, and no matter how many time I tried, it still won't connect to my friend's number.  vmad.gif

network problem then. hopefully Maxis will deal with your problem well then. smile.gif
