Same problem as i also experience this morning. I went to maxis centre located oposite cheras leisure mall. The customer service officer off and on back my phone then she told it's actually line problem with the numbers like sub-line or some postpaid numbers. Then she convinced me to off/on the phone for few times until i reach the maxis network. Until now the problem doesn't persist anymore. blink.gif

Before this, i though my hp or sim unit having problem. Luckily i no need to spend for a new hp. Thanks god. smile.gif

I don't have gf to sms me or calls from lovers but what i afraid is my company is having some urgent issues whicn they may call me up. Chill la brother. For me Maxis is giving me satisfied services so far i acquired their network. flex.gif

Ya totally agree with you. Even i switch from prepaid to postpaid since last year. 012 always my best partner i am thinking not going to change my hp number anymore. rolleyes.gif despite 016 and 019 are looked challenging right now for maxis.

I experience this situation.

My phone calls all lost of tone last few days and it caused me cannot dial out and receive call. Initially i thought my phone's problem but i found out it happend 1 time out of 5 times i try to make the call.

I called to 123 and the opeerator asked me to manually re-select the network coverage and reset the phone as well but the problem still persist. After that 3-5 hours i went asleep and normal back.

Seems like Maxis doing their upgrade this few weeks/months.
