you have to ask you main line to increase your credit limit for you,but if you almost exceed the limit,i suggest you switch yours to a main line,call rates is 50% cheaper

get your mainline to log into maxis online customer service..
there is an option to increase credit limit. so you can select to increase it.



alternatively, get your main line to call 123.
If you want to do it yourself as a sup line then get your main line holder to go to maxis centre, execute a form to give you, the sup line the right to act as a representative of the main line for issues regarding the line except closing and opening lines.

Did that last year before I transferred ownership of my numbers.

I browse thru Maxis website but I can't find much info about this plan. The website stated that access fee is RM30. Does it mean that every month we have to pay the call charges plus the access fee or we got RM30 of usage and anything more than RM30 we have to pay.

I tried call maxis, the person keep on pushing me the RM75 package and not explaining the new standard plan. He keep on saying The RM75 package is good, bla bla bla

Guys, you know right that Hotlink 3G for Activ5 is free till end of this month. Does anyone know they will extend it?

If not, what will be the new 3G rates? I can't find the info at Hotlink.com

Can anyone verify if THIS is the rate for 3G video calls?
