I'm thinking of making the switch from years of using digi prepaid to HotLink. Why i wanted to make this switch is because Digi's signal coverage is weak and unstable. I can't stand it anymore after years of waiting.

Now, im currently happy with Digi's call rates both locally and its any number nationwide flat rate.

Could any of u please advise me what call plans to use before i get my new HotLink pack? I want good call rates both local and nationwide to all numbers.

I surfed the hotlink site and im pretty comfused with all the plans laid there. I just want good call rates. That's it.

Where you plan to use your Hotlink jason? Sarawak or sem malaysia? Call mostly to what network?
*
Mostly in Kuching. But sometimes i need to make calls to Sem. Msia. And i travel a lot to places like Sibu, Miri and etc. I call to different networks.

Sometimes, i mb in KL making calls. Too. That's why currently the call rates for Digi is to my liking. But Their coverage is weak.

I would like to wait for Digi's coverage to improve, but its been years. Too slow. Can't stand it. Like im in the network's coverage area. But when im in the house, soetimes the signal drops to zero. Same goes to my bros who are using Digi. Sometime i gotta run out to my car porch just to talk to my friends clearly. I'm kinda sick of that already.

Maxis and Celcom are the ones with stable signal strength.

Any advise?

i finally migrated from my YEARSSS of using Digi prepaid to the new HotLink new plan. Reason i migrated is simple. Digi network signal is very weak and bad. I waited sooo many years for them to improve but its still very slow and almost the same. Most places is covered by Celcom and Maxis networks. Of course, Celcom network coverage / signal still rules...

Anyway, Since im in Sarawak, we have this "Sarawak Plan" Just for Sarawakians. And no, this plan is not available for the west.

Rates are as follows:
35 cents to ALL networks nationwide flat.
If i travel to the west and make calls from there, then my call charges will be the standard new plan which is:
39sen/min Maxis to Maxis
49sen/min Maxis to others

SWEEEET isn't?!!!

i think u shold change to the new plan. i hv been hating hotlink ever since they launched cuz they always come up with lousy / expensive to use packages with lots of hidden things.

now finally they are clear, and came out with a very good package aimed to dethrone digi prepaid. fully thumbs up from me to hotlink new plan.

cuz of the coverage and receiption problem. when to sabah for vacation recently and i have to buy additional celcom prepaid simcard for back up..... sabahan mostly prefer 013/019.

Not to forget Sarawak too. Celcom rules the whole of Sarawak. Most ppl you know would be either using 013/019. Maxis coverage in Sarawak not so good. But still better than Digi.

If u go west msia, then u see majority of the ppl there using Maxis. Like my corporate company phone listing, i can say 99% of my colleagues / bosses in west msia are using Maxis.
