how to check its 16K, 64K or 128K?
last time when i call customer service, how to activate 3G...they said must upgrade my simcard 1st then only can make video call, but i never upgrade my simcard....just dial *136# to activate 3G & now i can make video call or receive video call  |

i just lost my HP on christmas eve
  , those stupid mat rempit grabed from me.  today, i called maxis customer service to cut off the line, and i ask them whether they can check last 5 number was dialed on the day when my phone stolen....that way can track the robber mah, correct me if im wrong.....but very disappointed they said cannot give me the full number was dialed on that day maxis shd help to track the number mahh.... replace new sim card also got charge RM10.00   other telco like digi give FOC for replacement new simcard  |

BTW, why would you want the number that is made to with your phone? anyway, if you really want those numbers, go to maxis's center and report the case. i'm sure they'll give it to you. ps. i still "hate" malaysia's telco's as they can't disable the phone via IMEI. |
